Febrieco Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
You may return unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale, underwear, or any items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
4. Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact customer support to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a prepaid return label.
